Advocate in the Criminal Law and Compliance Department.
Specializes in criminal law matters, with particular emphasis on white-collar crime. Has extensive experience in conducting court proceedings in both economic criminal law and fiscal criminal law cases.
At KKZ, she is primarily responsible for advising individuals and business entities in criminal matters and disciplinary proceedings, as well as for developing litigation strategies and conducting ongoing legal risk assessments. Her responsibilities also include preparing procedural documents, legal opinions, and legal analyses. She represents clients before law enforcement authorities and courts at all stages of proceedings.
She began gaining professional experience during her studies at renowned Warsaw law firms. She later had the opportunity to work at one of the largest banks in Poland, where she developed a strong understanding of financial instruments, which, combined with her criminal law expertise, enables her to advise clients across multiple areas.
Graduate of the Faculty of Law and Administration at the University of Warsaw. She also completed postgraduate studies in Economic and Fiscal Criminal Law at the Jagiellonian University, as well as postgraduate studies in the Prevention of Economic, Fiscal, and Property Crime at the University of Warsaw.
While still a student, she was involved in the University of Warsaw Legal Clinic – Prisoners’ Rights Section, and participated in the research project of the Faculty of Law and Administration of the University of Warsaw, “Innocence Project – combating wrongful convictions.”
