RECOVERY OF €250,000

We represented an international conglomerate active in the biofuels, gas, electricity, heat and petrochemicals markets as the victim of a series of criminal offences relating to irregularities in the renovation of the client’s production plant. As a result of these irregularities, which occurred both in the selection of contractors and in the execution of the work, the company lost approximately €250,000.
