In connection with its business activities and the operation of the website https://criminallawpoland.com/ (the “Website”), Kopeć Zaborowski Adwokaci i Radcowie Prawni spółka partnerska [professional partnership], with its registered office in Warsaw (00-681), at ul. Hoża 59a apt. 1b collects and processes personal data in accordance with applicable laws, including, in particular, the provisions of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 (hereinafter referred to as “GDPR”), and the principles of data processing provided therein.

Hoża 59a apt. 1b, NIP: 701 052 21 23, KRS No: 0000587324 (“KKZ”), which processes personal data in compliance with the applicable laws, including, in particular, Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (General Data Protection Regulation, “GDPR”), as well as the Act of 10 May 2018 on the Protection of Personal Data.

- KKZ processes the personal data of clients and individuals designated by clients as contact persons, insofar as necessary to provide legal services. It also processes the data of job applicants, newsletter subscribers, employees, collaborators, and contractors.
- The Controller collects and processes the following personal data provided by users during registration processes on the Website or through other communication channels: name, address of residence, email address, phone number, and similar information.
- KKZ maintains public profiles on social media platforms, including Facebook, LinkedIn, and YouTube. As a result, it processes data shared by individuals visiting these profiles (e.g., comments, likes, online identifiers). Personal data of such individuals is processed: – To enable their interaction with the profiles, – To effectively manage the profiles by presenting users with information about KKZ’s initiatives and other activities, – and to promote various events, – services, and products, – For statistical and analytical purposes, Potentially, to pursue or defend against claims.
- This information does not pertain to the processing of personal data by the administrators of these platforms (Facebook, LinkedIn).
- Personal data is processed to fulfill agreements with clients, contractors, employees, or collaborators and, upon obtaining separate consent, for recruitment processes or the distribution of newsletters, based on Article 6(1)(b) and (f) of the GDPR.
- KKZ may transfer personal data to entities that support the fulfillment of these purposes, including providers of IT infrastructure maintenance.
- Providing personal data is voluntary; however, in certain cases, failure to provide such data may prevent the conclusion of an agreement with KKZ, the fulfillment of an existing agreement, or the ability to contact us.
- Individuals whose data is processed are entitled to: – Information about data processing, – Access to their data, – Rectification and supplementation of data, – Erasure of data, – Restriction of data processing, – Object to data processing based on legitimate interest, – Data portability, – File a complaint with the President of the Personal Data Protection Office, located at ul. Stawki 2, 00-193 Warsaw.
- Unless required for the performance of an agreement under which KKZ obtained the personal data, KKZ does not transfer personal data to countries outside the European Economic Area.
- KKZ retains personal data for the period necessary to fulfill the legal services or as required by law.
- KKZ does not engage in automated decision-making, including profiling, based on the provided personal data.
- In the event of changes to the current privacy policy, this document will be updated accordingly.

Terms of service
I. General Terms
- The website (the “Website”) is operated by Kopeć Zaborowski Adwokaci i Radcowie Prawni Sp. p., headquartered in Warsaw, Hoża 59a, unit 1b, 00-681 Warsaw, NIP: 701-038-22-19, REGON: 146963638, KRS No: 0000587324, entered into the register of businesses maintained by the District Court for the capital city of Warsaw in Warsaw, 12th Commercial Division of the National Court Register (“KKZ”).
- The user is any natural person, legal entity, or organizational unit using the Website to review the legal services offered by KKZ.
- Use of the Website constitutes acceptance of these Terms of Service by the user.
II. Services and Delivery
- KKZ provides legal services, including legal advice, drafting opinions, representing clients in court, and other activities tailored to individual client needs.
- The specific scope of services is determined individually in separate agreements with KKZ.
- Users can contact KKZ using the contact information provided on the Website.
III. Payments
- Fees for services are determined individually based on the offer or as per the terms of the agreement with KKZ, depending on the nature and scope of the service.
- For one-time consultations, fees are specified in the offer accepted by the user and must be paid before the consultation begins.
- Payments can be made via bank transfer to the account indicated on the invoice or using payment links provided.
- Accepted payment methods include BLIK, credit card, electronic transfer via the imoje payment system operated by ING Bank Śląski S.A.
IV. Data Processing

V. Complaints
- Complaints regarding the functioning of the Website or services provided should be submitted to iod@kkz.com.pl.
- A complaint should include:

– The user’s requested resolution. - Complaints are reviewed within 14 days of their proper submission.
VI. Withdrawal from the Agreement
- Users have the right to withdraw from the agreement under the terms specified therein and in compliance with applicable law.
- If the agreement is withdrawn after the commencement of service delivery, the user is obliged to cover the costs of services rendered to date.
VII. Final Provisions
- The Regulations shall come into effect on December 11, 2024.
- KKZ reserves the right to amend the Regulations in accordance with applicable legal requirements, technological advancements, or organizational changes. Users will be informed about any amendments through the publication of the updated version of the Regulations on the Website.
